1. The service

ScrapSale connects customers who want to sell scrap with verified pickup partners. We facilitate scheduling, live weighing, and payment.

2. Pricing

Published rates are indicative and confirmed at the time of live weighing. A pickup fee may apply to small loads and is always shown before you confirm an order.

3. Payments

Payment is made directly at pickup via cash or UPI. You confirm completion with a one-time code shared with your partner.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a pickup before a partner arrives. Repeated no-shows may limit your ability to book.

5. Partner conduct

Partners must complete KYC and follow fair-weighing standards. Disputes can be raised through Contact Support.

6. Limitation of liability

ScrapSale is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.
